NPIC-IFSC MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“Ako na nakapangalan sa NPIC Registration Card, ay taimtim kong pinanunumpaan, na boluntaryo ko na tutuparin nang buong katapatan at sigasig ang aking mga tungkulin bilang kasapi ng National People’s Initiative Council-Interim Financial Service Cooperative (NPIC-IFSC) Inc. na itatag ang NPIC Coop upang isulong ang ‘People’s Economic Recovery Advocacy’ (PERA) at panga-ngalagaan ko at ipagtatanggol ang aking karapatan bilang PETISYONER ng mga panukalang batas ayon sa kapangyarihan na ibinigay ng Seksyon 1 at 32, Artikulo VI ng Saligang Batas ng Pilipinas, Republic Act No. 6735 at COMELEC Resolution No. 10650 promulgated January 31, 2020 at ipapalaganap ang ‘National People’s Initiative Congress o N.P.I.C.’ na may inisyatiba at reperendum na kapangyarihan na direktang magpanukala na amyendahan ang Konstitusyon o magpatibay o magpabasura ng Pambansang Batas o batas, ordinansa o resolusyon sa rehiyonal, probinsyal, siyudad, municipal o barangay sa pamamagitan ng plebesito na ipapatawag ayon sa layunin.”

NATIONAL PEOPLE’S INITIATIVE CONGRESS (NPIC)

The person named herein is a bona fide Petitioner/Council Member of the National People’s Initiative Congress (NPIC) pursuant to Section 1 and 32 of Article VI – Legislative Department of the Philippine Constitution and Republic Act No. 6735 ‘The Initiative and Referendum Act of 1989’ and Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Resolution No. 10650 promulgated January 31, 2021.

The Petitioner/Council Member has the Initiative & Referendum Power to sign petitions to directly propose to amend the Constitution, or to enact, approve or reject a National Legislation, a regional, provincial, city, municipal or barangay law, ordinance or resolution through plebiscite called for the purpose.

RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The member/donor named in the NPIC Registration Card agreed to donate ₱100.00 to National People’s Initiative Council—Interim Financial Service Cooperative (NPIC-IFSC) Inc. to support the purposes of the organization, which entitles him/her to one (1) raffle entry.

2. The member/donor agreed that all prizes to be given away shall be deducted to the total proceeds of the ticket sales net of marketing cost.

3. The member/donor agreed that the raffle draw will be through electronic means to be held on the grand raffle and quarterly draw dates to be held LIVE via facebook and/or youtube to be announced at the NPIC-IFSC website, which is subject to change without prior notice. One (1) Raffle Entry entitles to one (1) prize only.
